Frontpage server extensions

Trying to publish my website but when I publish thru Frontpage tells me I need to contact BT to ensure Frontpage extensions are installed. Contacted BT yesterday to no avail. Website still works, just can't update it....and I need to. Any advice on who, how to get in touch with somebody at BT who can reset the server extensions, I would be grateful. al

Speaking from experience you have two options in this manner,

 

1) You can uninstall the extensions in your BT control panel and then re-install them. Be advised that this runs the risk of removing any subwebs that may exist.

 

2) You can can contact Technical Support and they will create a trouble ticket to their admin team to repair the frontpage extensions.

 

I would suggest going with the latter, as the 1st choice can have undesireable effect.
