Sinxce I have often got bad service from bt with london accents spoken very fast and unwilling to slow down - I wish to recoed excellent service on thursday afternoon. I was led through the testing procedure by a lady called MAHEEDA who was not in a hurry, spoke clearly, and waited while I got a Phillips screwdriver and removed the cover and plugged two different phones into the test socket at the lower right. The problem was fixed in the exchange before 0930 next morning.
So nice to get a caring helpful person on the BT phone!
