Hi Guys

Before I go any further - I am an amateur at this web malarkey so please reply in simple terms!

I have just built and uploaded my new website www.harlequincakes.co.uk and I am trying to put a metadata? from Google webtools into the html. According to google I need to enter it into the head section but I cannot access this on bt easy site wizard pro. From browsing through other similar problems I have gathered I need to upload ftp? What is this and how do I do it?

For this issue I would suggest you call our helpdesk as they would be able to talk you through how to do this. You can contact the technical helpdesk on 0845 600 7020 and choose the options for broadband then they will be able to transfer you to the Web team.
