As per my user name--needed to change my phone and broadband package.

 

Tried doing it online but as an existing customer that seemed impossible.

 

Used freephone number,transferred twice and eventally arrived at 'Customer Options'.

 

Phone rang on and on and on with intermittant 'apologies as we are busy'.

 

Phone call disconnected after 20 minutes **************!!!!!!

 

Will look around to change service provider as BT are obviously not interested in my  custom any more!

Exactly how I feel about BT..................... I have just returned to them with Broadband, Phoneline & mobile & they CAN NOT provide me with a service due to lack of communication!!

I am sorry that you have had some difficulty with making changes to your phone/broadband account.  Would a call to our Sales department perhaps be better?  If, however, you wish to cancel your broadband or phone, you will need to speak to Customer Options.  I am sorry that they seem to be busy when you have called them, their working hours are 08:30 - 17:30.
