Does anyone know if there is a problem with emails or getting into your bt account to make changes? I used my emails last night and cannot log in at all. It comes up with compatability problems and cannot even view my account to make changes. I have made sure cookies are enabled but really need to get into emails!
Can anyone help urgently please?

If you use Internet Explorer 9 then try using Compatibility View, or another browser.
It's Microsoft's fault btw, as far as I've been told. They made changes in IE9 that cause major issues with some website, including BT's, and still haven't patched it yet.

Have you tried using either Mozilla or Chrome? It doesn't encounter any much problem if you use either of these browsers.
I have not received any new emails into my account since 31/12/15 - I have tried everything I can think of to get my new emails to no avail. When I have tried to access via using my security questions it tells me I have given the wrong answers!! Now getting desperate can someone please help??! x
