Help with phone system

Hello to everyone

Thanking you all in advance, for any help and advice given.

We are trying to navigate through the crazy world of a phone system.  We are a starting taxi company and want to know what is the best route for a phone system.

This is what we have and want.  Currently have BT featureline, which I've been told we should not have taken, but was forced onto us by BT sales rep.  We also have a taxi dispatch software.

What we are looking for, is to have about 3 or four telephones in the single office, We want to have one main number which is advertised on all our promotions, so when potential customers call, all four phones rings, any one of the four operators can answer the call, whilst one of the operators is engaged on the call, another potential customer can call and the remaining 3 available phones can ring, and maybe after the second or third incoming call, for the customer to hear a recorded message like we are extremely busy but will be with you shortly.

Also we would like a line for ringback and internet with a static IP for our dispatch software.

Hope you guys understand what I am trying to explain.

Many Thanks
