Can I just say what a refreshing change it has been dealing with you. Unfortunately, my previous experience with BT was very poor resulting in a formal complaint having to be made. Your predecessor failed to action our order for over 2 months and ignored calls and emails despite complaints having been filed. At the last minute, just before start of our business, he told us that our order could not be fulfilled. This left us high and dry. However, since you have taken over our order things have progressed quickly and smoothly. All queries have been dealt with promptly and expeditiously. I do not wish to be patronising but your product and technical knowledge has been excellent, which has also helped us in making the right choices and much more quickly. I just so wish that you had dealt with our initial order which would undoubtedly have avoided the difficulties that we experienced and the negative impressions that I had formed of BT.
