Home hub v.15 vpn

Hi

Hoping someone can help me out with this!

We have a Juniper SA700, clients login with windows 7 network connect vpn client.

I have problem with one user connecting from home via his bt home hub v1.5

His laptop works on another adsl line without a home hub, he's tried at his neighbours house who also has a home hub, same problem.

He can log into the vpn client ok, gets an ip.

When he tries to navigate to a mapped network drive e.g \\servername\storage it can't find it. If I type \\servername in the address bar I can only see the offline folders, so it doesn't appear to be connecting.

I've messed around with stupid home hub, using some instructions http://www.filesaveas.com/bthomehub_security.html

Turned off the firewall, although it not sure that would fix it as you still seem to have to setup a game or application through it. Tried setting up an application/port forwarding but not sure if I've got it quite right.

Any ideas would be most welcome!! Ironically I've just setup a draytek to do all sort of things, but a home hub and I'm stumped.

I do have two spare businesss hubs from our fibre install, if they give me any more options or an easier setup.

Thanks

Jon
