How do divert emails automatically if I'm not in the office?

Can anyone assist please? We use btconnect.com via outlook express with old 2002 Windows XP. Me personally am responible for all emails enquirys from website/suppliers etc.  I will be going on paternity leave shortly & I wish to divert temporarily while I'm not in the office to a colleague.  Is there a facility I can use ? or can anymore advise what I need to do?? Any help apreciated. Roger

Hi,

 

Two options:

 

1. If somebody else is going to be using your PC at work, then set up an email rule in Outlook Express - this won't work if the PC isn't being used. The advantage of this is that the messages will still be in your inbox when you get back.

 

2. Set up email forwarding on the BT MyOffice site. Advantage of this is that your work PC doesn't have to be turned on for the forwarding to happen.
