Thanks but i've already tried this its for home users only and not business, there is not option like this for business users.
You need to speak to your account manager if you have one - I had the same problem last week, but went through BTB sales and they passed me through to my Account Manager. I confirmed my request with her via email, and she arranged it for me. Hopefully live tomorrow (17th May)!
