This is my first post so all help and advice would be really useful. I have not accessed my BT eshop for over a year now. Although it is still iive and I pay for it I have not used it for sometime. I have alwyas struggled with it and the support has not been very good. However, I have decided to give it another go before I throw in the towel. I cannot log into my shop so I wonder if there have been significant changes over my year outand I am doing it wrong (the whole login looks differnet) or is the system just down?

Have you tried emailing hosting.support@btbroadbandoffice.com with details of your problem? I have always managed to get very good support from them, either directly via an email response or via telephone response when interactive diagnostics were needed.
