hi
I cannot send or receive emails on my iphone 5 using my btconnect account.
I have changed the incoming & out going settings to what is advised but still no joy after over 3hrs of trying to get this to work.
Please help as i am losing faith in this fast now & considering just closing it & using another email server.

Like a lot of others tried for hours to get it correct. Chat service thiought it was to do with Apple.....Hmmmmm.
Come on BT sort it out.
Had no trouble with O2 on my older iphone 4GS
