When it comes to changing the IPS Tag on a .co.uk domain name, you can go to the BT DNS Forms Website to do so, where you can request a number of changes to be made to your domain name.
The form that you want is the DNS transfer out (.co.uk &.org.uk) link, which will begin the process for you. Generally speaking the requests get done with in 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
