IPView CallManagement Help please

Hi we have IPView CallManagement with scheduled reports for certain times of the day which are output to Email, format: Acrobat Reader and the email address is set in the To: field. This was working fine and then about two weeks ago the emails stopped being sent through. I have checked the email account and there are no problems, they're not full or anything like that. And when I run the report it gets sent through fine, just for some reason it has stopped sending the emails through automatically at the scheduled report times. I am currently running the reports every hour manually which is very tedious.

 

Can somebody please help me with this??

Also, although it's called ipView CallManagement it does say ipView CallAccountant in the help files...
