We have two diffrent ISDN line. One is activated recently. Where can i get technical help?

We are moving to a new telephoney system and I am trying to find out what the signaling protocol on the lines is.

Etsi (Euro ISDN) and DASS and some other but didnt work.

Is there a special parameters with the configuration?

Any BT contact number or information would be really good.
