Hi

 

We've just had an email stating we are at 90% of 100gb usage.

 

Apparently we can't see what usage we have used over the month(s).

 

Ever other provdior we were with before, we could log onto it.

 

 

Can someone confirm this, bt chat said it wasn't possible and I had to ring up. Why should I have to start a chat or ring up just to check my usage!!

 

The whole point of monitoring it is so you can adjust as you go, when it gets to 90% well that's too late! I've had to turn off the line and use the backup.

There is no excuse for BT to not have a way that the customers, us, can login to our office/portal page and view

our monthly usage so far.

Saying they must ring up to check on usage is riduculous in this day and age. I still cannot get my head round this.
