Hello, we are due to have business broadband installed this week (Tuesday).
The previous tenant used BT and there are two faceplates installed already in our office which I assume is why we don't need an engineer visit?
However as BT have already lost our order (then found it after 3 callbacks), then forgot to send out equipment I am concerned as we can't afford any delays.
We still have not been sent any confirmation email/equipment. The equipment was due Friday/yesterday. Nothing - and as we have no confirmation email I can't even track It.
Your CS team says we need no installation, sent confirmation 3 times and they have sent our equipment but we have no equipment, no confirmation and so I question the no engineer part?
Also as there are two Open Reach face plates in our office does it matter which we use?
I have tried phone, live chat and email with no real definite answers and so have to resort to your forum.
Please can someone help? This is crazy how hard this is. I have personally always been a residential BT customer and never experienced this, but as a business customer this has been nothing but trouble
