just when you think things cant worse business wise my broadband connection has stopped, internet light has gone from router, changed router still nothing, I need broadband to process online payments and talking to fault reprting
is like banging yo0ur head against brick wall. you know they are reading from a script, anything not on the script throws them. son is at home i am out of country and even though have master filtered socket fitted by bt 4 weeks ago they still want to go through stupid processes of undoing socket blah blah.
is this a line fault? as router has been changed all leads been changed stupid operator made son wipe out static dns
address given to stablize line and doesnt know the number to put back when realizes its not that problem great support!
any suggestions?
