Internet only connects when using the phone?

I recently moved premises and had my line setup last Thursday 27th

I discovered after ringing bt support about still having no connection that the internet connects as soon as i start a phone call?

Can anyone suggest a solution?

At the moment i'm just calling 0800 bt number and leaving the phone connected..

Hi Eddieblunt, try a new filter and or connect directly to the BT Test socket.
