Can I run a business with one person at each of several locations. Example would be that I am working 5 days a week, and I have 6 other people who work from home during hours that suit them. Can I configure the system to deliver inbound calls in a fair way like a call centre does during the times that they are working, but know the times that they are not working? This would mean that like a call centre they would log in when available to take and make calls.
Would the call distribution be that the longest waiting person would receive the next call?

I'm sorry no one has responded to your enquiry, On the BT Versatility you can have calls ring to a Hunt Group. With a Hunt Group people can log in as and when they are available to take calls and the ringing can be set to longest idle which means that the person that has been waiting longest would get the next call.
In order to have remote workers the customer would require a BT Versatility Broadband Module + with a broadband connection on it and a static public IP address. They would also require an IP phone for each homeworker which would each need a broadband connection at home to connect the phone to.
