Hi Folks,
My Business Broadband spped has taken a nose dive, from just over 7Mbps second down to well under 2 Mbps.
I run a company with 4 office staff, the capped 2Mbps speed is affecting our services.
i have provided information with regards to download speed to technical via email.
The Line was reset last week, the cap is still in place.
I have just taken out a new 2 year contract with Bt Business Broadband, and have now used the new login and password details. BOS <removed bt moderator> is my order number
The 2Mbps Cap is still there, maybe the Fixed IP address needs the reset ?
COuld someone please look into this and to provide me with a solution please.
