I'm looking to install a VPN server on our office network. the VPN will be hosted on a linux server (centos 5) but i'm running into problems getting anything to work. I've tried OpenVPN and pptpd and neiter seem to want to play ball.
The server is used as a file server as well as an intranet.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot whats going wrong?
1. I've disabled the firewall
2. Ive added the ports to forward to the linux server's local IP.
When I try to login from a remote source I get that the username and password are incorrect. Even though I can confirm they are correct.
