If anyone still uses the forum, I'm wondering if anyone has had an experience to share in requesting a MAC code?
I called Monday morning, not long after 9am, put in a request for my MAC code and it was made, while being offered another option to stay for a new contract (assumably 24 months again on Infinity Option 2) at half price for 12 months. While I've had a mostly good service from BT Business, I still feel I would like to try other options out there.
My main question is, does anyone have an experience to share regarding getting a MAC code from BT Business? I'm just getting the feeling I won't get my code by the end of Friday. Should I perhaps ring them again to confirm the request was made?
