hi there,
for some reason we cant seem to access anything in the email summary. weve just bought office365 and we are trying to set it up and activate and all the instructions stated to click on Email Summary but nothing shows up under this option.
Am i missing something?

If nothing is showig up in the email summary section of the website, this could be a fault on the account. I would advise you to contact the helpdesk, so that they can look into this further for you.

Its worth noting that some browsers can pick up plug-ins which dont play well with the myoffice.bt.com website,
I would strongly reccomend downloading a fresh browser or using a browser on your PC which you have not used before.
If you could try one of the following
Chrome
FireFox
Opera
SeaMonkey
Safari
Internet Explorer
