Hi there, hope someone might be able to help us out.
We have inherited a meridian system in the shop we took over a year ago that has suddenly developed a lot of crackling when making an external phone call. Internal calls are ok & received external calls are ok.
Have been through the on-line help with BT but they say no fault on the line.
Any idea what I can check at our end to see if we can resolve the issue?
