After no end of phone calls all we are being told is day after day,
yes there is a fault and its at the exchange but NOTHING is happening
i am in my first year of a 3 year contract but with constant broadband problems
i feel i will be cancelling this contract as BT cannot deliver a service,
Every day i call i am told the same thing Engineers are looking at it,
DONT Look FIX IT i am now being told same as yesterday it will be back up and running by Midnight
WHY midnight why not Now as i said to the Lady on the phone, we need the internet to run our Business
so if you cannot supply i will be calling Virgin who can supply.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
AND A HELP WHICH IS TOTALLY USELESS
