I have just renewed a BT Business Broadband contract before receving a week of appalling customer and actual broadband service.
I decided that I was not prepared to carry on paying BT for such disgraceful service and phoned to cancel the re-newed contract within what I though was a 'cooling off' period.
THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE - NO COOOLING OFF PERIOD AT ALL - once you say yes on the call you are committed. Be warned - you will not get anywhere with BT either with a fault or indeed trying to cancel a contract. AVOID!
I don't expect anyone from BT to actually take any notice of this message or in fact do anything about it. So there we go - 2 years of diabolical service here I come.
