We are a school and we have recently had a BT Versatility system installed. The engineer who came out did not advise how we turn the general voicemail on.We have recorded a greeting and we can play the greeting back but could you advise how to turn the voicemail on please when the phone in not manned.
We have scoured the quick reference guide to no avail.
