I have been told that BT have to provide a telephone line for a business even if there hasn't been a previous line at the property and have to contribute to the cost of providing poles etc. Can anybody confirm this. Obviously there is nobody who can answer this if you telephone them.
I have checked for you, the full cost of getting a new line installed will be passed onto the business onwer, BT would not help in contributing to the cost of providing poles etc.
