I have just moved my broadband connection and everything to BT, everything is working fine except the two domains I transferred across, emails are fine I can send and recieve but my webspace isn't, according to my product details I have this...

But I cannot see how I access my webspace to up load my websites, the only option I see says that it cannot be used with domains which seems a bit pointless.

It sounds like you do not have BT Business WebHosting package. If you would like BT Business to host the actual pages you would need a webhosting package which starts at £5 a month.
If you private mail me your account details or domain details i can check what package you have, and supply more information on what services you have.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I must confess that I did suspect that it maybe the case. I warn all my customers that BT look cheap on paper but once you start adding up the extras they become costly as a provider.
Ah well, I have setup web forwarding now and will look at getting the customer back away from BT asap.
