How long should I have to wait for BT to repair a fault on IDSN lines/ or Mitel phone system. I have been waiting since Thursday for someone to at least let me know what the problem is ? All I get is text messages to say we are working on your fault, and will update you. This is very poor service from a Multi national service provider!!!!!!! I am unable to phone any one from BT, as we have poor mobile service coverage in the location. Therefore we depend on our land line and phone system (bought from BT) to work. Day 5 of not been able to call customers, well done BT! Its good to talk ?
