Does anyone know how long it takes for One Bill data to become available to download after registering online? When I first registered it said the data would be available in 5 working days. Now it states "Your OneBill data is not yet available for download. Please try again later."
Our OneBill account is very old but I have only just decided to try viewing it online/using the billing analyst.
