This is my first post and I hope someone can help, I have been on BT's one plan plus inclusive for 3 years and received inclusive calls.
For some reason in March 2014 this was stopped on my account, I have contacted BT numerous times to complain or try and get it re instated and I am either promised a call back or I am told the product no longer exists yet it is still on the BT website.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
