Has the OneBill Billing Analyst been fixed to work on PCs that have been set up to use the ISO date format YYYY-MM-DD or does it still require UK date format (DD-MM-YYYY)? It has been several years since we gave up on the OneBill Billing Analyst and have had to resort to paper billing because you cannot go back to online once you switch to OneBill Plus, and paper billing is starting to become a pain again.
For avoidance of doubt, as we work with several international companies we have standardised all our PCs on the ISO date format (accounts packages etc etc) and everything bar BT's OneBill Billing Analyst works fine.
