Orange Basic Mail SMTP wont work with btconnect Office 365

Hi,

I've found that all my stuff is now set up ok for email (took ages to do), but my Orange mobile phone will not deliver via SMTP to the new Office 365 settings.

I've had to bypass bt and use a gmail smtp server (still using SSL) and this works fine, but is NOT an acceptable solution as the recipient gets an email from my gmail address rather than the bt ones I need to use. I've had to mail forward my gmail to bt so I get any replies. Not good.

Anyone know if there's a solution to this?

I haven't tried my Orange mobile phone with BT as I only use it with my Gmail account. Someone told me that it is impossible to connect, or maybe I don't know anyone who have already done it successfully.
