I posted a message a few days ago reporting two cancelled BT Infinity Orders. The Saga continues with a 3rd cancellation. Yesterday my BT business broadband failed and was told by the business helpline that it would take three days to fix. Not only was this an acceptable delay, it was also a lie. The truth was I had be sent new kit for BT Totalbroad band, so my account had been switched from business to residential. I had to guess this myself by reasoning this way, "What would BT have done if they wanted to totally screw me up". The new BT Totalbroad band now works from my new hub and my old router if I want it to, down time 8 hours due to BT not having a clue what they have done. I have also cancelled the transfer of the line rental to BT business, as I now want to keep it a residential, obviously.
I am now waiting for the BT residential fibreoptic to be installed with a 5th appointment. The 3rd appointment on the 17th of May was cancelled on Friday the 6th. Another 4th appointment was scheduled by BT this morning for the same day. BT called me again this afternoon to cancel the 4th and give me a 5th appointment for the 18th. Goodbye BT business. Hello BT residential. BT business customer service score out of 10 - Zero. BT residential score for customer service - Zero.
