Hi, I have just bought BT Infinity
I've just spent what seems a lifetime speaking to the BT Helpdesk in India trying to configure Outlook 2003 so I can receive e-mail
I can send e-mail using 'Incoming Mail Server (POP3) = mail.btinternet.com'
But am not receiving using 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) = mail.btinternet.com
I think the Outgoing is also correct.
I read somewhere it can take up to 5 days to validate my e-mail address it's been 2 1/2 days

All @btinternet.com email addresses are residential and I would advise you to speak with the residential help desk
