Would appeciate help on an issue with identities. Prior to the BT upgrade I had been switching through three identities with no issues. Since the upgrade i can send from my three identities but all incoming mail to each of the three accounts arrives in the same inbox.

There should be no change to this other than server settings, I imagine it something to do with the aliases on your account?
Have you tried contacting the helpdesk on 0845 600 7020.
