Outlook disappeared, now sending error 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed'

Outlook suddenly disappeared on my laptop so I have "repaied" Office 2010 to get it back. However, when sending an email I get Task 'xxxxxx@btconnect.com - Sending' reported error (0x8004010F): 'Outlook data file cannot be accessed'. Have tried to reinstall Outlook for Office 365 but cannot send or receive.

When outlook error 0x8004010F occurs then to fix this error follow the given blow steps:-
- Open control panel and then click Mail.
- In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Show Profiles.
- Select and click your current Outlook profile, and then click Properties.
- In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Data Files.
- Select the Data Files tab in the Account Settings dialog box, and then note the name and location of the default data file for your profile and then close all.
