Phones & internet access unacailable

Could somebody at BT take responsibility and ownership of the current shambles where the phones and internet have been unavailable in the Westfield are for nearly two weeks and there has not even been any apologies or predicted return date for these services.

 

Evert time we use our landline we get connected to different people, it's a complete shambles and I for one will be seeking compensation.

We have urgent need to use the internet but that is still a shamble with no access, we see engineers as many as 3 vans located in one are on the main A28 through the village but no improvements appear to be forthcoming.

 

Perhaps it's time to report this unacceptable state of affairs to the local paper to see if anyone from BT will bother to take any notice.

 

Please do not think for one minute that I am not serious as I do not make idle threats when my quality of life is impacted by gross incompetence.
