Today my e-mail; account has been up-graded - I am unable to receive e-mails from my bt connect address on any of my mobile devices - it is a complete nightmare - I have followed all the instructions for my Black berry and my i-pad but just getting nowhere i desparetly need someone to tell me how to do this.

There are help files that guide you through the setup for your mobile devices.

 

Blackberry Setup

 

Iphone Setup

 

These show step by step diagrams and should guide you through the account setup.

 

If you are still having issues, if you can post any error messages or details of what is happening the forum community will be able to offer some more help.

Can you send emails? 

 

You need to double check the outgoing and incoming mail servers here. It might have changed. This is SMTP and Pop3. Good luck.

If Fiona picks this up. Have you stopped managing these boards ?? There are dozens and dozens of pretty serious queries and complaints that have gone unanswered. I see your last post is May. I have an issue that I need to get resolved. I can't find an email address on your website so I joined the forum hoping this might be the way to go but ONLY if someone is listening.

after multiple calls to BT, it seems that they just do not have many answers.  Very sad.

As Fiona mentions in another post she isn't a moderator anymore, although she's happy to help with useful info, as she's proved this weekend.  🙂  (Cheers Fiona.)

 

The two main mods at present are myself and markp, although we're only on Monday to Friday, and please bear in mind that the forums are intended to help customers share information, and are not a line in to the Helpdesks.

 

If you have any significant and urgent issues then you should check the Help pages, and if necessary contact the Helpdesk.
