Poor Senderbase reputation score

I wonder if anyone can help?

I am getting a poor CISCO senderbase.org reputation score for my static IP address 81-136-201-89 which is causing some email recipients to reject my email.  Apparently this is because there is no WHOIS information for the IP address (i.e. the poor reputation score is nothing to do with malware, spam or virus threat).  This has confused me because there is WHOIS information for my domain, madelo.com, which does not have a poor reputation.

Any clues how I add WHOIS information to my mail server IP address?  Or any other clues how to solve this problem?

I believe every organization has its own algorithm of scoring. I would try to contact the admin and check my options on this.
