We are currently moving business premises on a temporary basis to a serviced office which includes an IT & communications package. We have been assured that we can port our current BT business phone number to the new provider & have the telephone number from the new provider that our existing number needs to be ported to. Which BT department do we need to contact to cancel our existing contract & port our business phone number to the new provider? I tried contacting BT via web chat and phone regarding this but haven't had any success.
