If you have our software then you can just use FTP to backup the content of the "public" and "Private" folder from your free space onto your computer.
You will then need to upload to your paid for space (content of public folder into public, and content of private folder into private folder).
Ftp details for free space as follows.
Hostname - ftphost.btconnect.com
Username - xxxxx@btconnecthosting.com (where xxxx is the last part of home2.btconnect.com/xxxxx)
Password - Set during activation of free webspace.
Ftp details for paid for space as follows.
Hostname - ftp.yourdomain.com
Username - yourdomain.com
Password - set during activation of hosting
