Thanks for this Fiona,

 

I have spoke to a few people who have had similar problems, and it seems to be a persistent problem with my system, as I have tried two different BBM+ Modules.

 

I have got the BT broadband voice trunk up and running, and have partially configured the phones up to the point where they seem to authenticate but don't actually display anything on screen apart from [OfficeLink].

 

I wonder if anyone can copy / paste their phone configuration url from the configuration pages?

So far I have got the following, but it is obviously not quite right:
