Hello,

Is it the Easy Site Wizard or the Easy Site Wizard Pro that you are using? In my experience I have seen that even using incorrect casing when loggin in to your control panel will cause issues with Easy Site Wizard. If you aren't already doing so try to to ensure that you use all lowercase letters when signing in to your BT Hosting control panel.
