I was told to leave my router connected for 72 hours and DLM would change my SNR to 6dB but it jasn't changed. I haven't been disconnected recently and my connection can handle 3dB. It only increased because of a storm a while back.
Here are my stats:

Is it possible that my SNR is stuck?
Hello dmk001,
Generally speaking a SNR of around 6db is ideal for the broadband to work, though depending on line length and equipment on the connection (routers, PSTN items etc...) a SNR variation of 3db either way is OK for the broadband to work.
You mentioned that a storm has came your way a while back - since then has the connection got a lot worse? Do you experience slow speeds or drop outs?
When it comes to routers / modems being on the connection at hand, we generally advise customers to keep them connected, switched on - as if the exchange picks up it going off every day - it can detect wither it is dropping due to a fault or wither it is being switched off every night- that is no doubt you where advised to leave it connected for 72 hours.
Have you tried changing your ADSL Microfilter? Do you have extensions? The telephone point that the modem / router is connected to - does it have a removable bottom half that you can take off by remove the screws? If so, on the bottom right hand side, there is a test socket - try plugging the filter into that and monitor.
These are some basic things you can try yourself to see if the connection improves, stay's the same or gets worse.

Another thing as well in between 8pm - 12am Xbox is impossible to play because I get huge amounts of packet loss. I would of though that business connections would of had priority however this seems not to be the case. I've had so many problems with BT I'm thinking about leaving going to a more reliable provider. This problem is very recent, it started happening 3 days ago and has been continuous since then. Latency has also increased from 12ms to 16ms sometimes jumping to 21ms somedays, the problem has only occured when the latency increased.
I've provided some traceroutes from my connection and to my connection:

Both traceroutes show an increase in latency at Faraday
Usually when the connection is normal:

No increased latency at Faraday and no packet loss when the connection is normal
Connection has got even worse just hitting about 1meg on speedtest to various servers including the BT speedtester included another traceroute which shows a huge latency spike:

Seems BT don't care anymore tried calling etc.
