Somebody from BT please have the decency to respond.
I want to complain at the highest level, where and who do i do so? i don't want some plank at a call center i mean a real person who can actually do something about it. We have now been since january without phonelines! The engineer has turned up for the 4th time and for the 4th time he can not do the job due to somebody at BT not organising traffic lights with the council or a cherry picker. It is now going to be ANOTHER SIX WEEKS! This issue has been going on since January and is about to make the company i work for go bankrupt. and it is ALL BT's fault.
BT has to be made accountable.
