I am trying to set up an Outlook email account. I have put my username as the same as before @btconnect.com. It is not accepting my passoword but says everything else it right when I carry out a check. Any ideas of what can be done to rectify the problem?

First thing I'd try would be a password reset
- MyOffice.
- Click on I forgot my password next to the Login button.
Once you've been through the secet question stuff you should be able to reset. Hope that helps.
