Shocking service

Poor service,  I have had very very poor service and I will be taking it further if it's not fixed to my satisfaction and compensation made,  since my broadband started I have had problems with the connection dropping out and made various phone calls and eventually got an engineer booked,  who didn't turn up,  it was then re booked and again didn't turn up,  now I am self employed so a day off costs me £150 and I ghet behind with work but it needed sorting as broadband is very important to me,  so again another engineer was booked, same time again between 08:00 and 13:00, and I rang just after 13:00 to be told that the telephone operator had actually booked me in for between 14:00 and 18:00 which I specifically said was not possible,  after lots of talking to the telephone operator i ended up having an engineer round at 14:30 and he left at 15:10 making me very late for picking my children up from school and also costing me another £150 in lost revenue, and the following day I discovered that the broadband was still exactly the same,   3 phone calls later and we are going round in circles again now,   what the hell is going on????
